    Who is going to say no?

    Previous management killed our investment.

    In this environment the strong get stronger and weak get weaker.

    As for PLA we got weaken by pathetic lack of basic operational skill, repeatedly, (imo).

    I give JBL management 8 of 10 for nailing such a great deal.
