They have already had their downgrade,
It would be horrible for the SP if they were to announce another so soon.
Would this not simply be the director being pushed out (but instead stepping down with dignity)?
Whether he is a scape goat, or has not done his job well... I would think cleaning house would be a good thing for the SP.
