    I'm thinking PKO will do a cap raising within the next month.

    Hopefully, only to inst and sophisticated investors. It is when they do placements to the ord sh that it all goes pear shape. Unless they say of the $2 million being raised, whatever is not taken up by ord sh, Albers has agreed to take up.
    There is fairness in that.
