I have spent the last few days brooding over Cougar's total capitulation in this matter of a court case, when for so long I have felt we were wronged and deserved justice, and a settlement.
What we as shareholders do deserve is seeing the value of our stock rise; this is why we invested. Upon reflection I now feel that by our actions in this court case, we will have a better chance of achieving just that.
Yes our management have done the right thing; they threw in the towel, and we live to win another day. And win we shall.
