I missed it first time around, but I see that a notice of discontinuance was issued yesterday and affadavit of service was also made. So yes, looks like the matter has been settled. I shot off an email to see if we can get any info on whether they either dropped the matter or reached a settlement. Given the work and stated extensive reply along with amended statement of claims etc. I would say that may indicate a settlement of some sort has indeed been reached.
That's my speculation anyway on limited info.

I would hope for an Ann prior to open. Good news may also help along the CR. Not to mention the S/Court matter.
