Seems like there might be an air of "cult leader" at this company. Any dissenters are put down or executed. Maybe the spaceship is about to land and take us to a perfect world.

And, yes, you are right, a non-shareholder MAY want to buy in at 4.7c, but really, is that likely? And for $1,000 worth?

Wouldn't you wait around and hope someone will sell for 4.5c?

Which of the following is more likely;

1) A new shareholder steps in, days after an issue at 4.5c is announced and pays 4.7c

or

2) The price was paid by someone wishing to "create a false market"?

To be clear, the last SPP/SPO had the directors buying shares right up to the close of the SPO/SPP and then vanished into the night, WITH NOT A SINGLE ON MARKET PURCHASE BY DIRECTORS SINCE. Not one single share. http://nusepboardreform.info/purchasesdetail.html#SPOTrades

I have asked before for an explanation of "creating a false market", for which our board was reported to ASIC and have had none, HOWEVER, perhaps coincidentally, this report to ASIC, came months after the SPO/SPP and was the last on market transactions by directors since. Can someone please provide an honest explanation? Or is there no honest explanation? On the face of it, the whole episode has a stench about it and the lack of answers bodes for the question "Was there manipulation of the price at the last SPO?"

I am not saying that the purchase yesterday was manipulation, but it certainly has a similar stench to it to what went on in 2011. It will be interesting to see how things go between now and the 19th August, assuming there is no extension.
