re: Ann: CAPITAL RAISING TRANSACTION DOCUMENT... Completely agree jarg, however, I don't believe that ACE are valuing FFF between 66 to 84mil, I think they have high hopes for this company in the future. With the portfolio that we control and our increasing EPS with reduced debt and using a reasonable PE ratio, we should see a valuation of 150mil to 300 mil within the medium term. Also, if they dumped their huge quantity on the market, we'll be seeing a lot less in SP than what we're seeing now.
Without the debt, we should see a double (or more) increase in our net profit after tax. At our current SP, it represents a PE ratio of ~5, whilst industry (contrasted to the industry sector of 17).
So incorporating a modest PE ratio of 10, with a double in EPS, we could see a 4 times increase in the valuation of the stock at current levels - ie between 4c and 5c. And that's only the rerating after the decrease in debt.
