At last years AGM, Jim gave a valuation of $1.80
At this years, he said the valuation had increased, but did not give a number.
JP Morgan recently gave an overweight recommendation with valuation between 1.90 and 2.38.
I expect the price should be able to push above $2.00.
It will then depend upon the sale of the fire and security to allow an increase in valuation
