I have to say that those sophs and the like who bought in at $1.34 with the placement were most probably not hoping for a ~$500m MC T/O as it only equates to ~10% profit for them. You would think they are looking at it from a $2+ scenario. I would be gutted if management sold this off for $2 though, as they know they have something special here.
Randgold know it too, hence they are linking up with Taurus Gold who are 3km north of our tenement to try and replicate what PIR has. I couldnt find any drilling results yet for Taurus but they did state exploration to commence in Q412. We are 6 months after that date so looking forward to what they find.
Production is the key here to get the most value out of PIR!

I have say that looking at Randgold's operations they are a well run company ... I only wish they were listed in Aus so I could invest in them. I would rate them much higher than NCM.
