Better off going bigger not smaller. Current plan is to produce 150 000 oz per year, I think they should be targeting 250 000 oz per year, due to the lower grade, but obviously needs the resource base to do that which is not there yet.
Last 2.5 years of exploration is targeting an additional 500 000 oz of free milling ore, not there yet, but hopefully soon. Really need Batie to demonstrate multi Moz potential which has been lacking. Obviously going to be cash restrained on any further major exploration activities, raising money at the current price will be too dilutionary, and 100% debt funding is not going to happen in the current gold price environment.
So we need exploration success and a higher gold price environment to get any favourable movement in the share price, to move this project into production. Have to wait.
