Factfinder ,
I agree with almost everything you said and yes the location is superb .
However , you say the capex required to support the mine is "virtually nothing ( I take that as a very low entry barrier)" .
The coal is 240m under the ground which would seem to mean deep long-wall mining.
What would the minimum viable production rate be , 250,000 tons per year ?
What would the Capex be for the minimum viable production rate ?
P.S. if you are wondering why I'm invested it was originally for the UCG and I haven't felt like crystalising a loss .
