Just don't buy, simple

Everyone should do their own research and all the information is publicly available. I have corrected your wrong facts several times already.

If you read the SOC announcement they have $1.5M in the consolidated group. They are 'placing' $500k to sophs, not selling on market as you assume. A major with 80% only has 1 exit which is a takeover or buyout, so selling on market is an invalid notion. You don't know the price they are selling them at either - could be 50c could be 5c. I assume for such a tight register they can charge the higher end.

Very easy to argue from behind a desk that PMR is overvalued because of such a tight register, but explain why none of the 7.5M shares outside the top 2 are coming out if its overvalued or the buying at all time highs ? Also, care to throw any value on PMR ? Even at a valuation of $20M, SOC's holding is worth $16M alone. PMR's results at Gibsons were fantastic. You need to look at how many conductors there are and do some research into the sheer size of sedex deposits before naively saying it is overvalued due to the register structure. Peers like ADN ran to $60M caps on far less results. PMR has prestige ground at Broken Hill and Halls Peak.

All for debate but not when you say it is overvalued without throwing up your own valuation for judgement. I applaud anyone who can value PMR given the sedex potential.

So yes I think SOC is undervalued when you do research and understand the potential.
