pk, this situation reminds of Newscorp move to the US. As with newscorp, now those VTI holders who don't want to hold for fear of complicatoin once VTI is delisted will be selling. And with buyers staying away, it will drop and drop till it has moved. Hope they moved promptly and not dragged it out for everyday it is not moved, the sellers will keep on selling.
