Unless you've got some inside info as far as I'm aware they are funded for the drilling
I will say it again if they needed cash they wouldn't have capped the SPP they would have just left it as an SPP plain and simple
It was capped because they didn't need the funds and only did it to allow shareholders to participate at placement price
