The announcement is not as upbeat as I would have liked, however I don't think we should write it off yet, not that I am inferring that that is your inference. Firstly as you said we have not heard from STO.
STO will be careful what they tell OXX and probably downplay it, OXX will be careful what they say to the public, as it is not their nature to spruik and will also downplay things until they know what they are dealing with which at this stage they probably don't. After all STO are the operator
