Maybe we have no choice and buy issued shares, and just hope management can pull things around.

However, AYN won't answer my emails, so I am suspicious.

I would be delighted if you can provide evidence that management can make it profitable at $20/oz, when I understand it was unprofitable at $30/oz.

If you can't provide any evidence:
-It doesn't make sense keep producing at a loss since that takes AYN further into debt.
-Better mothball AYN until it is profitable, ie when silver rises much higher as it surely will.
-What's the point in going further into debt, risking bankruptcy, and missing out on a big silver bull market later.
-2 of 3 directors own zero shares/options (and the other only owns 1m shares). I wished all the directors had a lot of shares, so saving AYN would be higher priority.
