There is little to no detail to assist in forecasting fy14.

first half 13 was 26.5 with guidance for the second half expected to be the same so a fullyear of 53

now guidance is 45 only about 4 months later so I assume the issues have occurred in the past month or 2

2 views:
1- if the 1st 3 months of 2nd half were good then earnings would have been 13.25 which means the 2nd 3 months 4.25 was earned. if the issues remain through fy14 only 17 will be earned

2- if the 1st 4 months were good then would have earned 17.5 thus the final 2 months will be flat. bigger problem if issues continue through fy14

given that timing of the announcement and the lack of detail I'm leaning to view 2 but believe the impact will be limited to q1 of fy14. all speculation though
