this is how i see it.
Yanks will give yanks money to do a second grade job.... in this case i dont think the USEPA will let them do this as it needs to be done correctly.
We all know that lime does not work and VTI have infact be told to also clean the limestone blanket aswell as the rock.
It's obviously a SDS thing over there.
