AMSTERDAM (AFX) - The Dutch government is contemplating a private share placing to investors as an option for the partial privatisation of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, in addition to an initial public offering of shares, Het Financieele Dagblad reported, citing a spokesperson for the finance ministry.
BANKERS working for the Dutch government have approached Australia's Macquarie Bank to offer it a E3bn ($3.6bn, £2bn) stake in Am-sterdam's Schiphol airport, Europe’s fourth busiest.
