Sounds like KDC are desperate if they are pulling stunts like this, they need to speak and do a deal good for all. I cant see how BDI can loose they have the best ground position locked up and no over heads KDI have major cost items, Debt big start up costs and have to maintain and a mine with very limited life.
Its BDI who could play hard ball if they wanted. Not sure what little pills KDC are taking but its messing with there view of reality!!

Good luck to All David Porter if his past success is anything to go by will pull another big project out of the Blue and BDI will go to the Moon - He has found and done big Coal/Gold and Iron ore projects in the past.
