One small positive for long suffering shareholders is that the notice of meeting says the fundraising of $2 to $5 million that will accompany the purchase of PNC can't be done at less than 10c per share. I know it is not much but better than it being done at 4 or 5c as I was imagining and therefore highly dilutionary for existing holders. If you are an existing shareholder come back in 12 months that is what I intend doing.
