Was the submission to the SA Govt, who prides themselves on pro-mining and swift approvals, deficient? We haven't heard if IFE have needed to answer queries or provide more information, but were told by IFE that the submission was very detailed (possibly based on the wait of 2+ years) so they could shorten approval time by anticipating all relevant questions in the submission..........
Or has a change of government leadership in SA slowed things down. I guess that is deemed political (or bureaucratic?) risk.
