The info from CXY was indeed for defense to reply/file against CXY amended statement of claim 24/5/13.

I do find it encouraging (towards getting to a result one way or the other) by the shorter dates these are getting back to Court.

After the drilling (phase 1 - six holes) is completed we will still have to await core results from lab. We may get an ANN to the effect drilling has been completed, but for timeline to results/estimates of JORC may take a little longer.

32 trades this morning by bots - value between $3 and $11. Just trying to shake the tree, didn't work it appears. I could be wrong, but I still think any major volume will still be around 4-5, barring bad news of course.
