I agree with your rough thoughts and the 4 steps you outlined. Based on AGM and report released for AGM steps 5,6,7,8,9 etc could be summarised as;
* target liquid sweet spot (Snake River)- (Cover page)
* full field development (200+ wells in existing acreage)
* funding to ramp up drilling program (page 4)
* farm out Kansas acreage (page 17)
Check it out then let me know what that means for oil production levels and revenues/income levels.
