While this is only an MOU and no doubt a lot of hurdles to jump through to get it to an inked deal by September/October, if the company wasn't going to last long enough to report their financials as Acaca15 and Forged claim, this MOU would never have been signed by the counter parties..
The coming months will be interesting, I'm not loosing sleep just yet.
