We finally agree on a very revelant point on MOT. The comment in your post "we have been through enough pain over the last 3 years", has affected ALL shareholders be they small or large.
The important thing now is for those mistakes not to be made again. With the PPS deal there has not been enough information released as to what the company actually is. It has been alluded that it may be a rewards program. If this is the case, what are the details. A few questions that are necessary for shareholders to be able to make a diligent business decision.
1. What exactly does the company do. 2. How long has the business been in operation. 3. What is the current P and L. 4. Who are the people running the company. 5. Are the people running the company, experienced in the space that PPS intends to be in.
Ideas are great, but without solid foundations many fall by the wayside. If it is a rewards program, what makes it a project that is better than all the other ones that are out there many of them of which are struggling to keep their heads above water.
Perhaps you may be able to give shareholders more insight as to what the whole story is as you seem to have more information than ALL shareholders.
People do deserve a chance, but communication needs to be open and with substance. MOT cannot afford to take on board any more maybe it can work senarios, we need a project with revenue and profits from day one.
We ALL want MOT to prosper, so lets not rush in and make knee jerk decisions.
I believe ALL shareholders will back a project IF there is full disclosure to ALL, showing that it will be of benefit to MOT.
