re: Ann: SBN: Extension of Convertible Note F... I doubt there will be any more cap raisings coming from current shareholders.

MAR has indicated that no more will be done until Lorena is up and running.

An alternative could be an investor placement? at above 0.07???

Management would have a fairly good idea whats in the ground and how to bring on board a sophisticated investor.

Another option could be the sell of Conrad to raise funds.

News should flow through shortly in regards to this matter and the situation with Lorena.
