substantial holding announcement pending, page-16

I find this Taurus talk very interesting .

When they have reached the 20% shareholding stake...please can someone confirm...does this magic number give them for what ever reason more control / direction than the 80% shares held by other shareholders.

My concerns is....can they dictate a possible talkover at a price not what the 80% shareholders will be happy with.

Feed back on my concern would be greatly appreciated .
