What is the reason for his sudden resignation, after being appointed on only February 15th 2013?
Is there any relation between the resignation and the looming end of year?
Are there any outstanding fees due to Mr Rowe? Will this create more expense in litigation? It appears the company's lawyers fees are the highest cost, after directors fees.
