Like everything from this poster, it is based on not a single fact. It may be "optimism", but more likely "ignorance".
The price estimate is based on conjecture from an announcement similar in nature to the announcement of 27 July 2011 "NuSep Signs Letter of Intent with United Laboratories to Invest in Singapore & Philippines Plasma Facilities". http://www.nusep.com/user_files/1311734856_1001107.pdf
This announcement stated "...is pleased to advise the market that it has signed a Letter of Intent with United Laboratories Inc of the Philippines (Unilab) for a potential investment in NuSep’s Singapore plasma fractionation facility". This sounded fantastic and would have had the factually-challenged predicting prices of 35c or $1 and NSP would probably be at $1 had it actually come to anything.
As usual with this company, this very promising announcement just evaporated into thin air with not a single penny coming into the company nor an explanation as to why it went nowhere.
