Dont know enough to know why?

It is clearly undervalued but needs direction.

It seems we will get a better idea before or on June 26.

For some larger funds out there it will soon become a attractive investment imo considering a possible dividend and plenty of cash to chase a new direction/project.

The only way for anyone to get in though is buy on market. No need for games to get a placement because they don't need to do one!
