A check on the CFO, CEO, COO, CITO and Board Of Directors, Exec and Non Exec with all there criminal records, double check of Education Qualifications, referees from previous boards they have sat on. History or basic chart of when the directors buy/sell shares compared to significant Co. announcements. Plus history of Media Releases of Directors. Previous ASX warnings or penalties levelled at Directors.
Don't do what all the other Apps and web sites have e.g. Shares on market, options listed or non listed private options, there's 30-40 sites like that. After a few years experience in the market its the Directors that pinch toir money from under your nose, not the slow sales of a Companies Inventory stock or poor drilling results for a miner. I want an App that gives me a the guts and all of who is running the show.
