i dont understand how you come to the conclusion that the funding issues are resolved?

They just bought almost 20% of the company for about 500k.

I am not so generous. I see massive future (and present) dilution of smaller shareholders.

I thought they needed closer to 25m, and a lot of this was to be funded by debt or rather not by equity? If this is the case then selling 20% of the company to an outsider doesn't seem the best way to raise the funds.

Confused... but its a horrible environment for capital raising, so maybe just count this as a cost of doing business.
