This ex-broker had quite a chuckle at your suggestion that it was doubtful that brokers could add value! Lol! Methinks you're right!

GA has at least 27 public coys (most unlisted) that he spreads his fees and cost structure across...dont worry...he's doing more than OK.

Don't get me wrong. I actually respect the guy. I used to check in with him regularly in the early MOG and BAS days, then later with Exoil. I've even tried to get him to spread the underwriting around...He just sits there, very quietly and politely emits a "No".

He's an autocrat; and will do things his way and probably nudges the 'conflict of interest' bell on a regular basis.
But he is, if anything, an amazing trader of offshore acreage/deals and a proven survivor.

I've got to say this forum has a much higher tenor of poster than many of the other oilies which have been infected by vacuuous day traders.

Any idea for the sweeps prize?? A full round of "likes"?
