re: Ann: Daily share buy-back notice - Append...
Right, so I'm out. Was a great run, but with a director selling down and the buy-back slowly come to its end, the risk profile is changing.
My primary concerns are:
(i) Mobbs seems to be selling in lots of ~500k and has nearly 3x the amount of holdings that the buy back is looking to buy. He appears happy selling at 30c, so I expect this as a cap;
(ii) given the buyback has been most of the volume for the last year or so, upward buying pressure is likely to heavily slow when it ends (holding the baby anyone?);
(iii) while earnings will likely be up, we haven't been given much guidance and, in any case, they'll have to be quite something to justify a higher PE. Would Mobbs be selling now if they were looking fantastic?
There are many cheap small caps out there. And ones with more communicative boards.
