Have made a tactical retreat. Not so much the ongoing selling making me nervous, but more a concern about the debt burden, and how easily or quickly the company can reduce it. $120m debt is a lot when your profits are under pressure.
There is still a great deep value play here if the company can work it through, but they need to make decisive, hard decisions to do so.
Muddling through will not be an option if they seriously want to restore shareholder value.
Will watch with interest.
