    Website supposedly up and running tomorrow.

    Sounds like RNC holders wont be getting as good a deal as originally offered. The deal will be rejigged so probably a lot of scrip in Heratage or RTI as opposed to all cash.

    Not holding any RNC but if so would probably be a good time to lighten
