The trade off is existing shareholders have to either stump up some more money or be diluted quite a lot.

I have followed this through several iterations of MacMin right issue after rights issue and then the failure of MacMin and then the resurrection of AYN and then a couple of capital raisings after that. I never held these long term at all as at the lower POS and I must say there has been a lot of stalling along the way waiting for a higher silver price.

Interesting. Really meaty rights issue for existing holders as well. Must be sweaty for existing holders.
