Fair comment Pioupiou. I also don't think there is any particular reason for the share price drifting down.

Of course, everybody has their own idea of fair value. My take is that the dividend will be around 15c over the next year or so, and that this will possibly grow slowly for several years after that. With this in mind I was selling down above $2.25 and was sold out above $2.35, because a prospective yield below 7.5% is IMO not enough for a low cap stock.

The pull back to below $2 has put it back on my accumulate into weakness list. Ideally the current bout of weakness will see prices below $1.70 so I can add to the small holding I have recently accumulated. Or even better a pull-back to around $1.50 because that would be wonderful buying, but I suspect that I am only dreaming with that one (although the chart suggests it is possible - anyone out there want to sell me some at $1.50 now...?).
