mj magna backed this company a few years ago with a placement at a big premium to the prevailing shareprice, good luck to them if they grab a big chunk cheap now.
Its a silver play, the upside is all in the silver price, nothing more , nothing less
if you believe in silver then take up your entitlement, if not then you need to think hard
as Jetson points out, the bank is backing them, if there were big issues they would have closed out the entire hedge book and repaid the bank
so what are the chances of silver at 50 again? no idea, but if happens and they get their act together fortunes will be made
they have already been lost!
