The Chinese are pretty much stealing 50% of Albidon (ALB) for a total of $12,000 or so ($0.0025 per share, 97% below the last traded price).
They have made the EGM to vote on the decision in Hong Kong, and have said in the EGM notes that even if the proposal is voted down, they will merge the company into their parent anyway.
