Sounds a bit defeatist to me. That's exactly what they want...i.e. you to give up (and give them more money).

Here's what you can do;

1) Pray. I am sure a few shareholders, including myself, have been doing this. So far it hasn't worked.

2) Report this to ASIC. I am sure a few shareholders, including myself, have been doing this. So far it hasn't worked. BUT, the more shareholders report this, the more likely ASIC will do something.

3) Keep asking real and pertinent questions here on HC and at meetings. Keep the pressure on for better governance. The couple of shareholders who did try something, and should be applauded for their efforts, appear to have made some changes and did get some changes, although with minimal actual effect on the substantive issues within the company.

4) Write directly to the board asking the questions that you think deserve answers and forward these to ASIC. I am sure a few shareholders have been doing this. So far it hasn't worked. But keep up the pressure.

5) Buy more shares and get more votes. DO NOT TAKE THIS AS A 'BUY' RECOMMENDATION.

6) TRY and sell out and recover something, because if we don't do anything, you'll lose all of your investment anyway.
