I hope so too. So why don't they just tell us all that?

And why has it taken 6 months (ie from the AGM) to get there?

And they announced at the 2010 AGM (yes, 2010)

"Cornerstone investor secured - S$3 million invested in S$12m SingaPharm project" - This evaporated with not a comment from the company. Why did we not get an explanation?

And at the 2011 AGM;

"DCS Healthcare Pte Ltd to be cornerstone financier" - DCS Healthcare subsequently turned out to be the same Mr Goh, who still owes us over $1m from a transaction announced at the very same meeting. Isn't that the opposite of "Financing"? Or did they mean NuSep a cornerstone financier of DCS Healthcare for over $1m, interest free?

and

"Completion of Financing agreement due in December 2011" - This also evaporated with not a comment from the company. Why did we not get an explanation?

And then, 6 months ago, at the 2012 AGM we were told;

"Future PrIME funding pending" - sufficiently woffly to mean "It could be anytime, so you can't pin it on us like previous years". Nice work, displaying a clever evolution to tempt us with a carrot that is sufficiently far away where it will probably go the same way as the previous "funding".

BT, can you understand how many long termers feel this is just more of the same?

And can you understand why, professional fund managers, who do research, would be asking "So what happened to the things you announced in 2010, 2011 and 2012?" and would likely be unhappy with that and go to a company where there is decent governance?

Unfortunately, it appears all roads lead back to the same issue.
