I find the situation with CEY very strange. Usually, they are good at keeping the market informed. Why they did not release the news about the longwall problems for a week is disturbing. I am glad I didn't send my cheque for $5000 for the share purchase scheme! However, it may be an oppurtunity to buy on the open market.
