What I meant was you have two options.

1. Buy the extra shares for 0.6c and keep your % share of the company about the same / a bit more.
2. Don't participate in the CR, assume they get $4M anyway, and then they draw up to $10 million from there other funding source to make up the CR shortfall. Your % share of the company will about halve.

And with the latest PoS, the above may be irrelevant and the company may go into administration.
