2012 caps raising was moderately successful. Subsequent SPP was a disaster (they went back to the same trough) after being extended. As for why they are off the boards..........maybe you may care to elaborate because I suspect more than a little discontent within the ranks and most certainly by share holders ( the SP will tell you that)I also suspect rustydog may be on the right track.

Don't get me wrong, I believe in the story but suspect we have a bunch of dopes running (or NOT) the show at the moment.
