50 million shares in central petroleum ( issued at 12 cents) for a value of 6 million dollars 27.3 million shares in London listed kea petroleum current price is 10.75p ( au 16c) value 4.3 million
kea has around 100 million shares on issue
rawson Shares on Issue: Ordinary Shares: 94,247,150
so for every 1 cent these shares go up thats 500k / 270k
kea is soon to production test. initial flow rate of 719 barrels a day, at lower production rate of 500 barrels a day is pretty good, at 95 dollars a barrel thats 45k a day ( 16m for 12 months). for kea with 100 million shares on issue that's more then enough to fully fund exploration and keep a low tight register and no dilution.
rawson still own other parts of leases 100% around the central petroleum/ santos jv lease.
so the leases in green have a value not reflected in share price, there is money in the bank. not much value on the gas project that may come into production , how they proceed with this could be interesting be sold outright for cash or share or fund there share and and get a royalty/income stream there.
market cap is only about 8.5 millon ! we hold 10 million in stock on other companies. very under valued anything under 14 cents is a good buy.
new bunch of directors, new projects will be in the piple line its fair to assume as well
