AOK are doing a fantastic job. The real danger I think comes from external macro factors totally outside AOK control.
- Cyprus / Euro fiasco
- Mixed US economy data
- Lower oil price
- N Korea sabre rattling
Personally I thought the Cyprus money grab was an absolute shocker, and had the potential to trigger a major Crash. I exited my position (@16c) as a result. Looks like the market didn't agree, and I have taken a few nibbles back since then.'
With so much external noise, I think its hard to know which way the stock will move in teh short term. Its stil a good long term buy in my book. Mainly due to their profie of
- consistent results
- management delivering on the plan / schedule
- high margin wells with a high IRR (can weather a down turn in the oil price).
