re: Ann: CAP and Pure Metals agree new JV to ... Need to see the dust settle on all of this. My gut feeling is that the board has taken the low road and suddenly we are in bed with somebody we really didn't like very much. This tells me that the board could not clinch a deal with somebody more substantial which in turm may indicate that the asset is not as universally loved as we may have hoped. Remain a holder with an uneasy if not queasy feeling in my gut. Hope to be proven wrong. Change of opinion from LT buy to hold.
