    re: Ann: CAP and Pure Metals agree new JV to ... I would not be to concerned at this time about these announcement as they I think rather premature.

    Can I suggest that this is a rushed deal to meet Dejin Resources BOD meeting due tomorrow (Wilson Cheung company in Hong Kong) where Dejin will possibly report large operating losses in 2012.
